Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering for our online live classes at theBlueSoft (accessible via thebluesoft.co.in). We strive to provide a transparent and secure registration experience for all our students.

📢 Important: By completing your registration and processing your payment, you accept and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Fee Structure & Registration

All course registration fees are collected digitally via authorized secure payment gateways.

All published fees are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes.

A seat in a specific live batch is considered reserved only after our custom application successfully receives a payment confirmation from the payment processor.

2. Cancellation Window & Eligibility

Cancellations by the Student: If you wish to cancel your registration, you must raise a formal request at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the first live batch session. Upon validation, a full refund of the amount paid will be initiated.

Late Cancellations: No refund or cancellation requests will be entertained if they are raised less than 48 hours before the batch begins, or after the online class sessions have commenced.

Missed Live Sessions: No partial, pro-rated, or full refunds will be issued for individual live interactive classes missed by the student.

Student-Side Technical Failures: It is the sole responsibility of the registered student to ensure their system/device is connected to a stable power supply and an adequate high-speed internet connection. Any failure, power outage, hardware issue, or technical disruption occurring at the student's end shall not be considered a valid reason for order cancellation, batch transfers, or fee refunds.

3. Batch Cancellations by the Platform

In the rare event that an entire online class batch is cancelled by the platform or due to prolonged technical force majeure (such as extended internet/power failures), students will be offered an alternate batch timing option or a 100% full refund.

If a student faces unique connectivity issues on their end during the first 15 minutes of the opening session, they must immediately alert support via text. Such cases will be evaluated individually for a potential batch shift.

System & Software Prerequisites: Clear system, hardware, and software requirements are specified on the detail page of each registered online course. Students must ensure that all required software, applications, or developer tools are pre-installed and fully functional on their personal device/laptop prior to the commencement of the first session. The platform is not liable for data loss or application setup issues on a student's personal machine.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

All approved refunds are routed automatically back to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI Wallet).

In alignment with standard Indian banking protocols, please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your banking ledger or statement.
